Epicor has acquired Acadia, a connected worker platform, to enhance its capabilities in helping frontline workers access real-time insights, streamline processes, and increase productivity across industries. The integration aims to empower Epicor’s clients by providing tools for skills development and process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Finix, a full-stack payments processor, has raised $75 million in Series C funding led by Acrew Capital, with participation from Leap Global, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other investors. This funding will support Finix’s expansion into new markets and continued development of no-code and low-code payment solutions, which allow businesses to implement configurable payment systems with minimal technical expertise.
The Delaware Supreme Court appears unlikely to overturn a previous ruling affirming Oracle's $9.3 billion acquisition of NetSuite in 2016, which was upheld as being handled by an independent special committee. The court found no substantial grounds for the pension fund’s challenge, which argued Oracle founder Larry Ellison unduly influenced the deal.
