A shorter newsletter this week! Congrats to the Yankees and Dodgers - it will be an exciting world series. Ferrari seems to have begun a late season renaissance of race wins in F1. I hope everyone’s fantasy football teams are doing okay despite the injuries this past week to various key players.

Microsoft announced that starting in November 2024, users will be able to create autonomous AI agents using Copilot Studio. These agents are designed to handle tasks like managing inventory and client communications with minimal human involvement, aiming to boost business productivity.

At TechEd 2024, SAP introduced collaborative AI agents designed to work across different business functions within its Joule copilot platform. These agents will automate complex processes across departments, potentially handling up to 80% of business tasks, offering solutions that reduce manual intervention in tasks like resolving payment disputes or identifying trends in data.
