Oracle has filed a lawsuit against Procore Technologies, alleging that former Oracle employee Mark Mariano misappropriated thousands of confidential files upon joining Procore in 2021, enabling Procore to develop a competing construction payment management platform. Oracle seeks unspecified monetary damages and a court order to prevent Procore from using these trade secrets.

SAP has been recognized as a Visionary in Gartner's 2024 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms, highlighting its commitment to innovation in this sector.

Zone & Co has introduced the Zone Data Platform, offering CFOs, controllers, and IT teams enhanced control over data from ERP, CRM, and other sources, facilitating informed decision-making and providing industry-specific insights.

Zoho has integrated its AI assistant, Zia, into its productivity suite, enhancing tools like Zoho Projects and Zoho Notebook with features such as natural language processing and automatic tagging. Additionally, Zoho introduced industry-specific functionalities, including augmented reality support for construction and data loss prevention in healthcare.

At the Gartner Symposium, ServiceNow emphasized its ambition to become the leading AI platform for business transformation, highlighting its AI-driven workflow automation capabilities. To achieve that end they are allowing customers to use ServiceNow AI on their existing legacy ERP systems.
