Anrok has raised a $55 million Series C round led by Spark Capital, bringing its total funding to over $100 million. The company's customer base includes high-profile companies like Anthropic, Cursor, and Notion, and over 40% of the Forbes AI 50 list use its services.

Resourcly, a German industrial tech startup, has secured €2.7 million in seed funding led by Project A to optimize manufacturing inventory with AI. The company reported five-fold revenue growth in the past year and has delivered up to a 15% improvement in working capital for its clients.

DualEntry Emerges from Stealth with $90M Series A to Modernize ERP with AI

DualEntry has emerged from stealth with a $90 million Series A funding round to build an AI-native ERP system designed to automate up to 90% of manual accounting tasks. A notable customer win is the fintech firm Slash, which runs its entire $100M+ ARR finance operation with a single person using DualEntry.

Campfire has secured a $65 million Series B funding round, bringing its total capital raised to over $100 million in just 12 weeks. The company has achieved 10x year-to-date revenue growth and its proprietary Large Accounting Model boasts 95% accuracy on workflows like reconciliations.

Katana announced a €14 million Series B extension led by Cogito Capital Partners, with notable participation from Benchmark's Peter Fenton. The cloud-native ERP platform serves over 1,500 SMBs across 70 countries and processes over $3 billion in gross merchandise value annually.

Industry Movements

Global investment organization EQT has signed an agreement to invest approximately USD 930 million into Douzone Bizon, a prominent provider of ERP and business software solutions in South Korea, acquiring a 37.6% stake. The transaction underscores EQT's commitment to leveraging its global expertise in digital transformation to foster long-term value creation within the Korean market.

SAP SE and Snowflake have announced a new partnership designed to help organizations better leverage their data for enterprise AI by uniting Snowflake's AI Data Cloud with the SAP Business Data Cloud. The SAP Snowflake solution is planned for general availability in Q1 2026.

Workday has finalized its acquisition of Sana, an AI company specializing in enterprise knowledge tools, to establish a 'new front door for work' that integrates essential applications and insights into a single, unified employee experience. General ERP News

SAP is set to submit formal concessions to the European Commission to resolve an antitrust investigation into its software licensing and maintenance practices for on-premises ERP systems. The concessions are expected to simplify the process for customers to move to rival support providers and provide clearer explanations of SAP's fee structures.

Oracle NetSuite has introduced NetSuite Next, a major platform update that integrates AI capabilities including 'Ask Oracle,' a built-in natural language AI assistant. The product is expected to be available in North America within the next 12 months, with customer previews starting in early 2026.
