Intuit launched its first-ever industry-specific ERP product, targeting mid-market and enterprise construction firms in the $2T construction industry. The platform is AI-native and represents a major expansion beyond Intuit’s traditional SMB accounting roots into vertical enterprise software.

Pentagon 2000 released PENTAGON UPSTREAM, a new in-browser ERP product designed for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) and aerospace/defense companies. The platform is hosted on AWS and aims to modernize ERP access for a traditionally legacy-heavy industry vertical.

Docsie released an AI platform that converts ERP training videos into searchable, structured documentation. The product targets ERP consultancies managing thousands of hours of unstructured video training content across SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite implementations.

Truvio launched a platform that combines ISVs, AI, and practitioner expertise specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers. The company is positioning itself as a solution to the gap between what enterprises expect from their ERP investment and what they actually realize.

Brex launched an AI-native accounting automation API that integrates directly with ERP systems, going beyond traditional bank feeds. The product enables two-way data flow between Brex and ERPs, automating financial workflows and accelerating month-end close.

SAP introduced a new unified retail data and AI platform at NRF 2026 for omnichannel customer experience management. The Retail Intelligence solution in SAP Business Data Cloud consolidates retail intelligence capabilities into a single AI-enhanced offering, with general availability planned for the first half of 2026.

Charted launched a UK presence to deliver ERP-native accounts payable automation across the EMEA region. The platform integrates directly within existing ERP systems to streamline invoice processing and payment workflows.

Nextworld, a cloud-native, no-code ERP platform, was featured in ERP Today for its approach to enterprise agility and adaptability. The platform is being positioned as an alternative to legacy ERP systems for organizations seeking faster configuration and deployment without technical debt.

Fundraising News

Payra received a $15 million growth investment from Edison Partners. The company integrates directly with ERP and accounting platforms like Trimble Viewpoint, Sage, and NetSuite to modernize accounts receivable and cash application for construction and industrial businesses.

Didero secured a $30 million Series A co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from Microsoft’s M12, for its AI-driven procurement automation platform. The company functions as an agentic AI layer on top of existing ERP systems, automating sourcing and purchasing workflows without replacing core infrastructure.

M&A News

Axios reported that SAP made a $600 million offer for FourKites, a PE-backed supply chain visibility platform, over a year ago. The deal ultimately did not close.

Technology Management Concepts (TMC), a Microsoft-focused ERP and CRM consulting firm, acquired The TM Group to expand its Microsoft Dynamics practice. The deal consolidates two longstanding Microsoft channel partners under one roof to deliver broader ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.

As Anthology reorganized under Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Ellucian acquired their ERP and student information systems. More than 260 Anthology SIS and ERP customers joined Ellucian’s global community, expanding its footprint in the higher education technology market.
